Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist

This role is responsible for reconciling financial transactions with various parties on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts with 1-LINK and CUPS to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare and review CUPS Reconciliation reports, highlighting disputed transactions for timely settlement.
  • Transaction Oversight: Oversee Debit Card Transactions, IBFTs, and POS transactions for customers with 1Link, VRG, & CUPS member banks.
  • MasterCard Reconciliation: Manage MasterCard reconciliation, forwarding unsettled transactions to DRU for efficient settlement.
  • Pay Pak Transactions: Reconcile Pay Pak transactions and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Perform UAT related to ADC, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Ensure timely reconciliation and reporting to the finance team for settlement purposes.
  • Dispute Resolution: Lodge disputes on CDRS and obtain chargebacks approval for smooth settlement.
  • Refund Settlement: Settle MasterCard refunds and resolve disputes within specified timelines.
  • MIS Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date records of MasterCard, CUPS, and Pay Pak MIS for accurate reporting.
  • Reporting: Provide timely and complete reports to concerned departments with verified information.
