Computer Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Computer Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to provide technical support to customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Research and stay updated on the latest computer hardware and software trends.
  • List all computing-related products on the website and ensure the inventory is up-to-date.
  • Finding local and international prices and vendors for computer-related products.
  • Maintaining healthy business relationships with vendors.
  • Assisting customers in finding the right products that meet their needs, including providing product information and quotes.
  • Guiding customers about product technicalities.
  • Quoting prices for products customers want to sell back to us under an exchange facility.
  • Handling callback requests from customers and price-beating policy requests.
  • Introducing new products on the website as soon as they launch locally or internationally.
  • Responding to customer queries via comments, video calls, audio calls, and chat.
  • Updating prices daily from local and international vendors.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep knowledge of computer hardware and software.
  • Ability to provide technical support with clear reasoning.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac GUI and hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues.
  • Ability to assemble/disassemble computers, laptops, and servers.
  • Staying updated with the latest standards and trends in the Computer Department.
  • Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate information.
  • Working efficiently, ethically, and productively.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
