As a seasoned Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business operations through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze client needs and business processes to develop customized Odoo applications.
  • Configure and customize Odoo modules according to specific business requirements.
  • Deliver training and support to clients and users, ensuring seamless adoption of Odoo applications.
  • Partner with developers and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and functionality.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather feedback and discuss project updates.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and functional specs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features within the Odoo ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated 2-3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
  • Hands-on involvement in at least 3–4 full-cycle Odoo implementations (including Odoo SH, SaaS, and Community versions).
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and experience in requirements gathering.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
