Senior Program Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Coordinator to lead the implementation of our climate resilience projects in flood-affected districts.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Masters degree in Social Studies, Sociology or relevant field from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program coordination with NGOs/INGOs, with progressive responsibilities in field-based implementation roles.
Primary Responsibilities
  1. Overall planning, execution, review, and analysis of project activities including:
  2. Formation and capacity building of community forums.
  3. Provision of emergency response toolkits.
  4. Developing in-depth understanding of project documents, business processes, and development plans for project implementation.
  5. Maintaining close coordination with local government departments and public health institutions at district level, to build synergies and seek support for programme implementation.
  6. Leading/supervising field teams and ensuring quality of work in designated areas.
  7. Orientating and facilitating project staff about project activities.
  8. Submitting regular updates.
  9. Organizing, leading, and coordinating project implementation meetings.
  10. Responsible for evaluation process and smooth functioning of the project.
  11. Preparing internal and external reports in accordance with contractual agreement.
  12. Monitoring budget and cash flows.
  13. Preparing and giving presentations on the project as required.
  14. Implementing methodology for efficiency in terms of inputs and verifiable results.
  15. Providing support to team members in project implementation and skill development.
