Job Summary:

  • To accelerate mobile data, business and enterprise solutions, and GSM business in a specific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meeting monthly sales targets by increasing revenue through various products in the GSM, fixed data, cloud, and international business segments.
  2. Accountable for adding new customers to the existing base for a comprehensive range of voice, mobile data, and ESS solutions.
  3. Identifying opportunities for new business ventures.
  4. Developing customized solutions for corporate clients.
  5. Ensuring timely clearance of outstanding amounts from existing customers.
  6. Meeting assigned monthly sales targets.
  7. Exploring and driving growth avenues through an existing client base.

Customer Retention/Churn Management:

  • Preventing, retaining and managing churn for assigned portfolio.
  • Meeting assigned churn targets.
  • Negotiating contract renewals, comparative analysis with customers and coordination with HQ product and channel teams.
  • Retaining, servicing and growing large and SME accounts.
  • Achieving assigned regional sales and service targets.
  • Coordinating with regional and HQ teams for proposals, contracts, business cases and customer complaints.
  • Providing regular invoices to the tagged portfolio and billing collection management.
  • Timely identification and management of customer service issues leading to new referrals.
  • Revenue assurance as per management's assigned targets.
  • Ensuring smooth customer handling and experience management.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree. An MBA degree is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Generic Skills:
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu with a clear, confident and articulate telephone manner.
  • Strong written communication skills to write professional emails for internal and external customers.
  • Innovative, proactive, self-motivated and flexible.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Job-Specific Skills:
  • Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Telecom, ICT, Banking and FMCG.
  • Ability to compare telecom operator packages and present comparative advantages to customers.
  • Good numerical skills and ability to drive retention and new business in the Government and Corporate market.
  • Good market reach and relationships with business groups and Government Offices in Islamabad.
