Job Overview

As a skilled Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing end-to-end email marketing infrastructure. This includes setting up and warming up email domains, configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, and monitoring deliverability.

You will plan, execute, and optimize mass email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other email platforms. Your expertise will ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

This role requires collaboration with sales and content teams to align messaging and objectives. You will analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and manage email marketing infrastructure
  • Set up and warm up email domains
  • Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records and monitor deliverability
  • Plan, execute, and optimize mass email campaigns
  • Manage contact lists to target the right audiences effectively
  • Utilize tools for lead sourcing, enrichment, and workflow automation
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in email marketing within the IT industry
  • Proven expertise in setting up email systems from scratch, including domain and DNS configurations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce for mass mailing and automation
  • Proficient in email marketing KPIs and A/B testing methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
