Executive Level Quality Assurance Professional

This is an executive level position where you will oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of service delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Evaluating each and every agent on their assigned project every month by using a standard QA evaluation form.
- Providing feedback to agents through coaching sessions, focusing on weak areas and skill development.
- Conducting regular evaluations of agents to ensure consistency and accuracy in assessments.
- Offering qualitative and quantitative feedback to agents periodically for bonus reports.
- Leading monthly calibration and training sessions to enhance skills and improve performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and written English skills are essential for this role.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and overtime, is required.
- Strong decision-making skills and sharp listening skills are necessary for success in this position.
- At least one year of experience in call center or QA departments is preferred.
