Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced On Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on a construction site in Islamabad.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and maintaining project schedules. This role involves managing site logistics, conducting regular inspections, and communicating progress updates to project managers.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including subcontractors and suppliers
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected issues
  • Familiarity with construction project management software
  • Experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Certification in construction safety or project management is a plus
