We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As the face of our company's human resource department, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining top talent.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and benefits administration. You should be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and employees, as well as external partners, such as job applicants and suppliers.

Apart from your technical expertise, we are looking for someone who is passionate about people development, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent;
  • Manage the full cycle of employee onboarding, training, and offboarding;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data, compensation, and benefits;
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the HR function;
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business objectives and goals;
  • Maintain a positive and professional work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a supervisory or management capacity;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as Workday or BambooHR;
