We are seeking a skilled Upwork Bidding Expert to join our team. As an Upwork Bidding Specialist, you will be responsible for writing and submitting personalized, compelling proposals on Upwork tailored to client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Upwork platform and be able to analyze job postings to understand client needs and align proposals accordingly. You will also maintain accurate records of bids, communications, and follow-ups in an organized manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strategic proposals that meet client needs and expectations.
- Analyze job postings to identify key requirements and develop targeted proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of bids, communications, and follow-ups.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Familiarity with Upwork and other freelancing platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of software development services and client needs.
