
Senior Customer Experience Manager

Devsinc is a dynamic startup that seeks an accomplished Senior Customer Experience Manager to spearhead our customer support team. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver exceptional customer service, while fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
Responsibilities:- Leverage expertise in team management to lead the customer support team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze customer feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous enhancement of our support operations.
- Develop and refine customer support processes, workflows, and policies to optimize the customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and implement solutions that exceed expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service, applying knowledge to inform support operations.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced startup environment, with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM tools, customer support software, and other communication platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred but not required.
