Job Description:

As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for directing a team dedicated to delivering services and solutions that assist clients within the built environment. This includes ensuring safety, sustainability, and adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities include implementing business objectives, contributing to growth through major contract development and win, monitoring regions for opportunities, creating sustained business, and more.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record in business development and team management. You should also possess a deep understanding of the built environment and have experience in implementing business objectives and strategies.

Additionally, you should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in training surveyors and developing customer relations is also desirable.
