Job Summary

This role involves building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the IT industry, including CTOs, CIOs, and other decision-makers. You will design and implement LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns tailored to the B2B IT market.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. IT Industry Connection Strategist:
    • Develop and execute LinkedIn-based lead generation campaigns for the B2B IT market.
    • Identify and engage key stakeholders in the IT industry.
  2. Targeted Outreach:
    • Use advanced LinkedIn tools to research, target, and connect with potential clients.
    • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages to nurture leads.
  3. Content Utilization:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for prospects.
    • Leverage LinkedIn ads, InMails, and organic posts to increase lead engagement.
  4. Data Management:
    • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and contacts.
    • Track progress using CRM tools to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.
  5. Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor the effectiveness of lead-generation campaigns and suggest improvements.
    • Analyze key metrics to optimize outreach.
  6. Market Knowledge:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and LinkedIn algorithm updates.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation for IT or B2B industries.
  2. Proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, etc.) with proven results generating warm leads.
  3. Strong understanding of lead nurturing processes and CRM tools.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Ability to analyze campaign data and metrics.
