We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager to lead our admissions office and contribute to the growth and development of our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of admission offices, ensuring coordination with faculties and other departments.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels of prospectuses, forms, stationery, equipment, and promotional materials.

• Investigate and resolve any technological, administrative, logistical, or coordination issues related to admission offices.

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance new student enrollment.

• Attend events, conferences, and expos as needed, gathering information and building professional relationships.

• Participate in departmental meetings, present reports, and share feedback with colleagues.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design innovative marketing campaigns and implement effective marketing communications strategies.

• Oversee direct marketing activities, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

• Establish partnerships with industry organizations to secure sponsorship for events and activities.

• Monitor and report on marketing expenses and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role or related field.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
