Job Description

We seek a highly experienced and qualified Head of Finance & Accounts professional to oversee the company's financial and accounting operations.

This key role will be responsible for ensuring the economic stability and growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

A degree in a relevant field such as Accounting or Finance is essential.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the finance and accounting team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and financial reports
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely and accurate payments
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws

Benefits:

  • Gross Salary: 300,000 + Gratuity + Health insurance and Yearly increments

Qualifications:

  • FCA/FACCA/FCMA Qualified
  • 5 years as HOD
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices
