ERP Transformation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the implementation of a multi-company ERP system, ensuring seamless operations and reporting.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Odoo configuration, workflows, and reporting, as well as experience with ERP migrations from other systems. They will be responsible for implementing and configuring Odoo across multiple businesses, managing multi-company setups, and performing basic customizations using Odoo Studio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Odoo across multiple businesses.
  • Manage multi-company setups, ensuring smooth operations and reporting.
  • Lead ERP migrations from QuickBooks, SAP, and other systems.
  • Perform basic customizations using Odoo Studio (technical team available for complex cases).
  • Provide user training and process automation recommendations.
  • Work with developers for API integrations and advanced customizations.
  • Assist in Odoo customer projects after internal deployment.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in Odoo Functional Implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Odoo configuration, workflows, and reporting.
  • Experience with ERP migrations (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of Odoo Studio and data migration tools (Python is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
  • Full-time availability in Karachi (No freelancing allowed).
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
