Global Talent Recruiter

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Talent Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with international employers, immigration lawyers, and local applicants to facilitate foreign jobs and immigration to Canada, USA, Australia, and Brazil.

Your primary responsibility will be to match the best candidate with available job openings from international employers in these countries. You will also be responsible for updating our company website and designing ads for print media.

In addition to these tasks, you will write CVs and cover letters for our applicants to improve their chances of getting a job interview. You will also train our applicants in effective telephonic and video job interview skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with international employers, immigration lawyers, and local applicants for jobs and immigration processes.
  • Match candidates to suitable job openings with international employers.
  • Update the company website and design ads for print media.
  • Prepare and refine CVs and cover letters to improve candidates' interview opportunities.
  • Train applicants in effective telephonic and video interview techniques.
Requirements:
  • An MBA in Human Resource Management or related field from a reputable university with a 3.0+ grade average and certification or diploma in Graphic Arts and web design.
  • Experience in Human Resource Management and proficiency in graphic arts and web design.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, solution-oriented approach, and ability to make the job application process swift and efficient.
  • Result-oriented, original thinker, honest, loyal, dedicated, persistent, humble, humane, kind, and thoughtful.
  • Ability to learn from mistakes and turn them into valuable experiences.
