Technical Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Expert to join our team.

This is a critical role that will involve managing the end-to-end technical recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical recruitment expertise, a good understanding of hiring best practices, and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and retain top technical talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and candidates.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment metrics and optimize the hiring process.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with a focus on bulk hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, industry trends, and hiring best practices.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
