Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to multitask, and possess a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate reception area management and facilities coordination.
  • Arrange internal office moves and provide meeting arrangements.
  • Manage the reception area to maintain a professional image through effective telephone and mail communications.
  • Supervise administrative activities and oversee overall office operations.
  • Maintain office areas and equipment.
  • Purchase office supplies and furniture in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage staff effectively to ensure clients are well-attended and comfortable.
  • Collect and manage cash payments from clients for facility usage.
Requirements:
  1. Supervisory experience in an office environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  6. Familiarity with office software and equipment.
