
Call Center Operations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Call Center Operations Manager. As a leader in your field, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team of customer service representatives.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the team meets its performance targets and provides exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
You will also be responsible for generating and presenting regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and achievements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas of operational inefficiency and work with the management team to implement solutions and optimize workflows.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and achievements.
