
Marketplace Optimization Specialist

Seeking a skilled and versatile Marketplace Expert to efficiently manage our presence across Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok marketplaces. In addition to marketplace management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our social media platforms to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on multiple marketplaces, as well as developing strategies to boost product visibility and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketplace Management:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, etc.).
- Manage PPC campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to improve product rankings and overall marketplace performance.
- Facebook Marketplace:
- Manage product listings, customer inquiries, and sales conversions on Facebook Marketplace.
- Develop strategies to boost product visibility and generate sales.
- Stay up-to-date on Facebook Marketplace tools and algorithms to maximize exposure.
- TikTok Marketplace:
- Upload, manage, and optimize listings for the TikTok marketplace.
- Engage in trends and implement creative strategies to leverage TikTok's viral potential for products.
- Coordinate with the content team to develop videos that highlight featured products.
- Engagement & Growth:
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Increase social media followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness through strategic campaigns and community management.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze marketplace and social media metrics (e.g., sales, traffic, engagement) and prepare performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve campaigns and overall performance.
- Proven experience managing Amazon, Facebook, and TikTok marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of PPC, SEO, and algorithm-driven sales optimization on Amazon.
- Experience with social media management, including content creation and campaign management.
- Proficiency with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Facebook Marketplace, and TikTok Marketplace.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for improvement.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with additional marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, eBay).
- Familiarity with social media management platforms.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing on TikTok and Instagram.
