Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing expert technical support to customers, designing and delivering technical presentations, and collaborating with our technical team to meet customer requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Product Design and Development: Create operation manuals for commercial and industrial products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  2. Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging technical presentations explaining products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and applications.
  3. Customer Support: Collaborate with our technical team to understand customer requirements and provide exceptional customer support, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  4. System Requirements Analysis: Analyze customer needs and determine system requirements, including devices, sensors, capacity, and cost, to develop customized systems that meet their needs.
  5. Maintenance and Testing: Develop and implement maintenance and testing procedures for electronic components and equipment, ensuring they are reliable and efficient.
  6. Device Integration: Manage applications to connect devices and sensors used in systems, achieving the expected results and optimizing system performance.
  7. Product Planning: Plan and modify products to meet customer needs, incorporating feedback and suggestions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  8. Troubleshooting: Help clients resolve problems with installed equipment, using diagnostic skills and fault-finding expertise to identify and remedy faults.
  9. Project Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Qualifications and Skills
  1. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS-Office and ability to use it effectively.
  2. Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of PLCs, control systems, field instrumentation, and communication protocols, including CAN, RS-232, RS-485, Analog, Digital, etc.
  3. Quality Awareness: High degree of quality awareness, excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills, combined with the ability to detect and remedy faults/defects/problems.
  4. Flexibility and Motivation: High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with the ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  5. Control Engineering: In-depth knowledge in the fields of control engineering, including hardware and software configuration techniques.
Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 10:00 am to 05:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am to 02:00 pm
