HR Generalist Job

The Human Resources (HR) function plays a vital role in supporting the overall business strategy and objectives of an organization.

This role is responsible for performing HR generalist duties, which include recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment process including job postings, interviews, and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Provide support to employees with regards to HR-related queries and issues.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve employee relations concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Master's degree with Excellent Communication skills.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
