Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's recruiting, learning, and development of employees' performance programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Management: Prepare job descriptions, post ads on various channels, identify candidates, and issue employment contracts.
  • Payroll Management: Manage payroll of the organization and ensure timely payment to employees.
  • HR Administration: Maintain digital and electronic records of employees, perform orientations, and update records of new staff.
  • Benefits Management: Ensure background and reference checks are completed and serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Produce and submit reports on general HR activities and ensure that Human Resource files and records are maintained in accordance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 3-4 Years' Experience as an HR Assistant.
  • Skills: Effective HR administration and people management skills, full understanding of HR functions and best practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
