Job Summary

The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for collecting and managing data from clinical or pharmaceutical research projects. They will work closely with the team to compile, report, and analyze data accurately.


Responsibilities
  1. Make outbound calls to patients to promote vaccination trials and gather relevant information.
  2. Verify and authenticate data collection forms and surveys to ensure accuracy.
  3. Update CRM systems with accurate information and notes in a timely manner.
  4. Develop a thorough understanding of each study to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals over the phone.
  5. Maintain exposure to diverse cultural backgrounds, names, addresses, and languages to provide culturally sensitive support.
  6. Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally without jargon.
  • Strong time management and priority setting skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
  • Professional composure and empathy to handle sensitive patient interactions.
  • Desired: O Levels/Matric or above qualification.
