Marketing Leader

Achieving marketing and sales success is at the heart of this role. You will contribute to strategic planning, develop action plans, implement production and quality standards, and resolve issues.

To meet financial objectives, you will forecast requirements, prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.

You will determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting sales quotas for regions, projecting expected sales volume and profit, analyzing trends and results, establishing pricing strategies, and recommending selling prices.

This role involves planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, as well as developing field sales action plans.

You will identify marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements, defining market share and competitor strengths and weaknesses, forecasting business growth, and establishing targeted market share.

The goal is to enhance product marketability and profitability through research and capitalization on market opportunities, improving product packaging, and coordinating new product development.

Sustaining rapport with key accounts involves making regular visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities.

You will provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.

Maintaining confidentiality is crucial in protecting the organization's value.

Staying up-to-date with industry knowledge is essential, which involves participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
