Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products throughout the production process.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's Degree in Garment Engineering or a related field. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and drawing tools.

Your key responsibilities will include managing end-to-end technical support for products, addressing critical technical issues and children's safety concerns, and verifying trims and fabrics with suppliers. You will also need to conduct measurement checks and fit photo documentation, verify and correct CAD patterns, and write comments and maintain records in our PLM system.

You will work closely with merchandisers, buyers, suppliers, and overseas tech teams on sample approval, pattern making, grading, and assessment processes. A good understanding of garment manufacturing, including construction, fabrication, trims, and prints, is essential, as well as knowledge of costing and design.

A Gerber experience is preferred but not necessary. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality products, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
