This role seeks a skilled Marketing Executive Assistant to oversee marketing and executive support tasks, focusing on creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content Creation & Promotion: Develop and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, including posts, articles, and newsletters. Schedule, format, and optimize content to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Lead Research & Outreach: Conduct research to identify potential leads and ideal target prospects. Use pre-approved messaging templates for outreach via LinkedIn and email.
  • Email Management: Manage the inbox: flag priority messages, draft responses, and maintain organization.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Pull weekly analytics for LinkedIn and track email open and click rates in relevant tools.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify opportunities for collaboration, such as co-hosting live sessions or cross-promotions.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in an executive assistant role with significant marketing responsibilities.
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient with marketing automation tools and comfortable navigating social media platforms.
  • Initiative & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to propose and implement innovative ideas with confidence.
