Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with clients and partners to handle live calls, setup accounts, make reservations, and manage email marketing campaigns as per the marketing manager's instructions.
  2. Develop strong relationships with partners/chauffeurs and occasionally guests via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution of queries while fostering trust.
  3. Proactively identify solutions to urgent needs arising from new requests or unexpected scenarios such as flight delays, car breakdowns, or emergencies.
  4. Maintain a positive attitude to delight customers, meet productivity goals, and leave a lasting impression on customers and chauffeurs.
  5. Foster customer satisfaction by following up on resolutions, keeping guests updated as needed, and providing actionable feedback on customer and chauffeur satisfaction as well as processes.
