HR Officer Job

We are seeking an HR Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Human Resources department.

This role involves processing employee data, updating company policies, and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful, you should have strong organizational skills and knowledge of HR functions.

The successful candidate will ensure all HR operations run smoothly.

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records including employment contracts and PTO requests
  • Updating internal databases with new hire information
  • Creating and distributing guidelines and FAQ documents on company policies
  • Gathering payroll data such as bank accounts and working days
  • Publishing and removing job advertisements
  • Scheduling job interviews and contacting candidates as needed
  • Preparing reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
  • Developing training and onboarding materials
  • Responding to employees' questions about benefits, such as vacation days
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Work experience as an HR Officer
