Job Overview

This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. A strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare workflows is required, along with proficiency in wireframing and UI collaboration using Figma. The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, preferably within the EHR or healthcare domain, and will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions.

The selected individual will work closely with design teams to create clear and concise user stories, functional specifications, and process flows. They will also facilitate effective communication between business, design, and development teams, ensuring that documentation is up-to-date, accessible, and supports product development.

A self-driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst is sought after to join our team. If you possess excellent documentation and writing skills for user stories and technical specs, are proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies, and have experience working independently with minimal supervision, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
