Healthcare Contact Center Representative

As a Healthcare Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients to verify their information and assist them with Medicare and Final Expense enrollment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to verify their eligibility for Medicare and Final Expense programs.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare options and enrollment processes.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients.
  • Document interactions and update client information accurately in our system.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
  • Participate in training to enhance your product knowledge and communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
  • Good listening skills to understand and address client needs
  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and client management
