
Healthcare Contact Center Professional

As a Healthcare Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with potential clients to verify their information and assist them with Medicare and Final Expense enrollment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to verify their eligibility for Medicare and Final Expense programs.
- Provide clear and accurate information about healthcare options and enrollment processes.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while communicating with clients.
- Document interactions and update client information accurately in our system.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets, including call volume and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve performance.
- Participate in training to enhance your product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to connect with clients
- Good listening skills to understand and address client needs
- Previous experience in a contact center or customer service role is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts
- Basic computer skills for data entry and client management
