Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for submitting accurate and timely applications for credentialing and enrollment, initiating and managing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes, following up with insurance companies to ensure timely credentialing approval, conducting contract negotiations to maximize revenue, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.

  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and insurance companies to ensure seamless credentialing processes.
  2. Analyze and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in credentialing or a related field.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
