Job Description

The role requires working night shifts to align with Canadian business hours, fostering a unique and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via our advanced ticketing system
  • Efficiently troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft 365, email, Windows, and common SaaS tools
  • Install/configure software and provide remote desktop assistance as needed
  • Perform routine cloud environment maintenance tasks, including Azure and Google Workspace management
  • Communicate effectively with clients in fluent English, ensuring seamless interaction
  • Escalate or resolve issues in a timely, professional manner, adhering to high standards
  • Contribute to improving documentation and internal knowledge base, driving continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and email setups
  • Experience with RDP, AnyDesk, or similar remote support tools
  • Fluent written and spoken English, with comfort interacting with clients
  • Willingness to work consistent night shift hours
  • High-speed internet connection required (minimum 20 Mbps) — reimbursed monthly
