  • Ensure high availability of company products and platforms, including messaging, voice, and e-mail gateways.
  • Write and deploy scripts in different environments to automate operations.
  • Maintain servers' configuration, monitoring jobs, and infrastructure documentation across cloud environments.
  • Work extensively with offshore teams and network partners daily.
