We are seeking a seasoned Brand Strategy Manager to join our team. In this role, you will develop comprehensive brand experience strategies based on primary research about the brand.

  • Pitch innovative brand strategies to clients for new and existing business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with account management teams to present ideas and strategies for clients.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, determining project scope and involving necessary departments in data collection, research, and cost estimation.
  • Design and propose effective brand activation strategies to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on client marketing and brand objectives, playing a proactive role in achieving them.
  • Foster strong relationships with account managers to understand brand strategies and provide recommendations.
  • Use research insights as a starting point for creative brainstorming and innovation-driven strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct an integrated team of market insights and brand planners to deliver high-quality support for client business growth and development.
  • Maintain strong collaborative relationships within the team and with key agency and client partners to elevate the quality of thinking and ideas applied to client business.
  • Develop department members' skills through training programs, mentorship, and hands-on learning, promoting personal and professional growth.
  • Create a department environment that encourages loyalty, open communication, and continuous curiosity.
  • Ensure timely completion of all policy and legal requirements related to the group.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years of experience in planning, strategic planning, and related communications.
  • Strong marketing background and analytical capabilities required.
  • Ability to think creatively and demonstrate success in developing brands and delivering them to market.
