Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement customer retention and development strategies and tactics, such as creating targeted advertising campaigns and managing public relations initiatives.
  • Build on the company's corporate image and reputation through suitable PR activities, ensuring a positive brand presence in the market.
  • Plan and manage internal/external communications and awareness of corporate direction, ethics, mission, and activities, effectively promoting the company's values and goals.
  • Develop new channels of sales, leveraging innovative marketing techniques to expand customer reach and increase revenue.
  • Manage relevant reporting & financial information for the sales & marketing department, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • An MBA degree in marketing from a recognized university, with a strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
  • A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the field of marketing, research, communication, brand management & development, product development as well as business development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Urdu language an added advantage.
