Job Title

The Chief Financial Officer will play a crucial role in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives.

  • This includes monitoring and directing the implementation of strategic business plans, developing financial and tax strategies, managing capital requests and budgets, and overseeing performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
  • In addition to these key responsibilities, the CFO will participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team, maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team, and manage various departments including accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury.
  • The CFO will also oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations, manage third-party relationships, and implement operational best practices. Furthermore, this individual will be responsible for employee benefit plans, acquisition due diligence, and financial reporting, among other duties.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
