Human Resource Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Management: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to program management and personnel on HR-related matters.
  • Employee Relations: Investigate employee relations issues and collaborate with corporate legal, HR, and ethics entities to resolve them.
  • Training and Development: Facilitate on-site management training and coaching sessions to enhance leadership skills.
  • HR Department Cost Management: Track and manage HR department costs versus budgeted costs to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

This role requires 5+ years of experience in an HR department performing multiple HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and training. A minimum of 2+ years of international experience and supervisory experience in an HR role is also essential.
