Job Title: Associate - Finance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as an Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various financial tasks, including preparing trial balances, ledgers, and monthly closings.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Trial Balance, ledger management, and monthly closings in ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance with tax and corporate laws, handle tax payments, prepare withholding tax statements, annual income tax returns, monthly sales tax returns, and adjust input taxes. Liaise with tax authorities and consultants.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement.
  • Manage provident fund operations including contributions, investments, accounting, compliance, and financial statement preparation.
  • Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals, in line with standards.
  • Manage accounts receivable and relevant exchange loss calculations.
  • Assist in preparing information for audits, taxes, and stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by seniors.

Requirements:

  • ACCA, CA inter with articles, MBA in Accounting/Finance, M. Com, or equivalent.
  • Up to 5-6 years of experience in accounts and finance.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaboratively.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with NPOs and project-based work is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP is a strong plus.
