Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements, utilizing strong time management skills.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
Job Specification:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or hospitality.
  • A basic knowledge of accounting terminology is advantageous.
