**Job Title:** Senior Sales Account Manager

**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Manager to lead our sales efforts in key accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS TO MAXIMIZE SALES OPPORTUNITIES
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements with customers within established guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics
**Requirements**
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, preferably in account management or territory sales
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and preferences, with ability to develop targeted solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • A deep knowledge of sales principles and practices, with ability to apply strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive business results
**Competencies Required**
  • Technical Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, with ability to learn new software applications as needed
  • Behavioral/General Competencies: Strong leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and direct others to achieve shared goals
  • Reliable, responsible, dependable, driven to exceed sales plans, demonstrate reasonable and sound judgment, ability to manage and deal with decision influencers and makers at customer organizations

Familiarity with Enterprise management systems is a plus.
