Job Overview: As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our customer service representatives are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients. Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or English
  • Three years of experience in contact management or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
