Job Overview: As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our call center and ensuring that our customer service representatives are equipped to provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer service requests and complaints
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or English
- Three years of experience in contact management or a related field
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Able to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Able to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
