We are looking for an experienced Administration Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact for administrative matters, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Guidance: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to members of the Admin Department, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  2. Administrative Support: Oversee the provision of administrative services to all stakeholders, guaranteeing timely and effective support.
  3. External Liaison: Establish and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, suppliers, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  4. Record Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, leave, and other administrative matters.
  5. Facilities Management: Coordinate the maintenance of office buildings, furniture, water, and power supply systems, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  6. Supply Chain Management: Monitor and maintain the quality of products and supplies, implementing repairs and maintenance as needed.
  7. Vendor Relations: Foster strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors, promoting efficient and effective service delivery.
  8. File Maintenance: Ensure the proper organization and storage of administrative records, facilitating easy access and retrieval.
  9. Government Liaison: Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies, such as WAPDA, Police, and others.
  10. Pool Car Management: Arrange for the provision of pool cars or rent-a-cars, scrutinize bills, and distribute costs to relevant departments.
  11. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate the arrangement of passports, visas, and hotel reservations for both local and international travel.
  12. Vehicle Registration: Ensure the registration and insurance of company vehicles, their maintenance, and provision of pool cars or rent-a-cars.
  13. Department Efficiency: Drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Admin Department, taking on additional tasks assigned by Executive Management.
