Senior IT Projects Specialist

We're seeking a skilled and ambitious Senior IT Projects Specialist with expertise in identifying, qualifying, and securing freelance and agency-based projects.

  • Research and identify high-potential job postings on Upwork and Fiverr platforms to find opportunities for growth and success.
  • Craft compelling proposals tailored to project requirements, engaging with potential clients, and managing the initial communication phases to convert leads into successful collaborations.
  • Maintain up-to-date profiles and gig listings optimized for visibility and relevance, ensuring maximum exposure and impact.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects to qualify leads and arrange meetings with technical teams, leveraging strong client handling, negotiation, and objection resolution skills.
  • Track and report bid conversions, client feedback, and pipeline progress to measure performance and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with technical and sales teams to refine proposals and pricing strategies, driving business development and client acquisition.
  • Maintain an active presence and responsiveness during UK and USA working hours, providing exceptional service and support to clients.
