Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting, sorting and organizing documents and information for data entry purposes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and organize documents and information for data entry.
- Review data for errors and inconsistencies.
- Verify data accuracy by comparing it to source documents.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data integrity.
- Transfer data from paper formats to computer files.
- Generate and export data reports, spreadsheets and documents as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field.
Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and typing skills.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Ability to use basic office equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
