We are seeking an exceptional IT Administrative Coordinator to join our team at PRG Pakistan. As an IT Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our CIO/IT Leadership team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in the IT department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Google calendar for the CIO/IT Leadership, scheduling meetings and prioritizing engagements.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and reports for meetings.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, responding on behalf of the CIO when required.

You will also assist in tracking IT projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Additionally, you will coordinate with team members and external stakeholders for project updates, and maintain documentation for IT policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience as IT Coordinator/Executive Assistant-IT, preferably in Medical Billing, IT, or a technology-driven environment. You should have strong knowledge of IT systems, tools, and terminologies, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with IT tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Requirements:
