Strategic Human Resources Leader

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and comply with local labor laws.
Responsibilities include managing the recruitment and selection process to ensure a competitive and diverse workforce, preparing HR documents, calculating sick leaves and vacations, processing payroll payment orders, and preparing tax reports.
The ideal candidate will also oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, assess training needs, develop and monitor training programs, report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, and ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies in line with industry best practices.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
- Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts, benefits information, and personnel files.
- Calculate sick leaves, vacations, unpaid leaves, and remuneration under contract.
- Process payroll payment orders and prepare tax reports.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs, develop, and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
