Senior Human Resources Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Coordinator to manage and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth internal processes and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation processes to ensure seamless transitions for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations matters, resolving issues with discretion and professionalism to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Administer payroll, attendance, and employee benefits accurately and timely to prevent delays and errors.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HRIS database to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to promote a culture of fairness and respect.
  • Coordinate with department leads to identify staffing needs and support organizational growth through strategic planning and talent acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
  • Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to demonstrate expertise and knowledge.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role to showcase skills and accomplishments.

Required skills include:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information to maintain trust and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset to anticipate and address challenges proactively.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to maintain accuracy and productivity.
