Job Title

Our company is looking for a professional to take on the role of Territory Manager.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Achieving territory sales, market share, and availability targets by conducting trade marketing calls and monitoring brands in outlets.
  2. Supervising distributor operations to ensure compliance with standards set in the distribution manual and business plan.
  3. Building positive relationships with trade members, focusing on loyalty outlets, local trade unions, and other key outlets to gather market insights.
  4. Collaborating with distributors to improve business through people and process enhancements.
  5. Seeking personal growth opportunities and mentoring team members such as SPs, DRs, FSOs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business.
  • At least 1 year of experience in distribution and sales, preferably in the FMCH sector.
  • Experience or knowledge in Trade Marketing, Customer Engagement, Account Management, and Field Operations.
